I do not know anything about this item.  I do not know how old it is or if that matters.  It looks like it has solid parts in it, but I did not open it to try to stir it.  I am selling this assuming you have the knowledge of its use.  See all the pictures for details of this item.  Be aware that the device you use may affect the quality of the pictures.
